Euroklimat propane chillers group for the production of French cheese
Great installation of two EKO.E/MT B/ST/HR 3483S and one EKO.E/MT B/ST/HR 1642S with R290 refrigerant fluid for a cheese production site in the center of France near Clermont-Ferrand. Here, there is the production of famous French cheeses as “Le bleu de Laqueuille”, “La Fourme d’Ambert AOP”, “Le Bleu d’Auvergne AOP” and many others.
Each unit is equipped with semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors inverter driven, Shell & Tube evaporator (for the units 3483S), brazed plates evaporator (for 1642S unit), microchannel heat exchangers at condenser side, EC fans, anti-vibration rubber mounts and a double pumps hydronic kit fully in stainless steel.
All units are also equipped with two types of heat recovery: one partial heat recovery and one total-modulating heat recovery for each refrigerant circuit. This solution allows to recover the condensing heat that would otherwise be lost.
The nominal cooling capacity of the units 3483S is 330 kW with temperatures inlet/outlet of the evaporator at 1/-3 °C and an air DB temperature of 35 °C. Instead, the nominal cooling capacity of the unit 1642S is 158 kW with temperatures inlet/outlet of the evaporator at -3/-7 °C and an air DB temperature of 35 °C.
