We have a dream

We set up Euroklimat because we shared the same dream: to produce the best cooling systems in the world. Today, after almost 60 years in business, we are the leaders in Italy and in Europe for the design of water chillers with an integrated free-cooling system.

Along the way, we came to realize just how significant the effect of our production was on our planet. According to the Global Opportunity Report 2018, space cooling is one of the largest causes of CO₂ emissions. This is especially true in more urban and industrialized areas, where heat islands end up forming.

The cooler we make ourselves, the hotter our planet gets: it’s the absolute truth.

But don’t start thinking this has discouraged us in any way. Far from it. Our desire to revolutionize the market and our determination has only got stronger.

We wanted a natural, ecological, efficient and safe solution. And we wanted it to come straight from the heart of our company.

We started with a dream, and today it’s become a reality: make use of our business to protect the future of our planet.

Technology with R290

The final outcome of our painstaking research was R290 technology, which uses natural propane gas as the energy source for our refrigeration systems.

Among the many virtues of propane, what we see as its first real benefit is its extremely low GWP (Global Warming Potential, which indicates how much a gas contributes to the greenhouse effect). Using propane allows for a drastic reduction in CO₂ emissions in comparison to other commonly used gases. This helps us protect the ozone (the gaseous layer that protects the earth from ultraviolet sunlight) and maintain climate balance.

Thanks to our relentless efforts to improve R290 technology, we are able to launch products that are safe, accessible and have a low environmental impact.

This is the solution we’re offering for the future. It’s our solution for our clients, the people around us, our parents, our children, and our grandchildren.
