CoronaVirus emergency – Euroklimat S.p.A. operations

Dear Sirs,
we wish to inform you that Euroklimat S.p.A., after careful and scrupulous checks, is fully operational and that none of its employees are under observation or have contracted the CoronaVirus – COVID-19.

To give our contribution to the containment of the spread of CoronaVirus, an indication was given to provide videoconferencing and telephone calls instead of physical meetings and appointments. To anyone who has made appointments with our staff, we recommend, if you have not already been contacted, to check directly with the people with whom you had an appointment.

Our staff is therefore fully operational and at your complete disposal by phone or e-mail.
Technical support will preferably be handled by telephone – on-site interventions will be carried out if the requesting Customer can guarantee the necessary operational safety.
Some suppliers have already informed us that this situation could cause delays in delivery: we will try, as far as possible, to limit any inconvenience and in any case, we will keep you informed.

Even in times of difficulty such as the current one, Euroklimat wants to be alongside its Partners in a professional and proactive way.
